We believe the traditional 3% listing-side commission is outdated in today's digital market. Pembre Realty was built to provide full-service real estate support at a more competitive listing fee by leveraging modern technology and efficient processes.
Will buyers avoid my home because of the lower listing fee?
No. Buyer agents are primarily motivated by the compensation offered to them, and buyers are motivated by the home itself. Our 2% listing fee only applies to the listing side of the transaction. You can still offer a competitive buyer agent commission to ensure maximum exposure.
Do lower commission listings sell for less?
Absolutely not. Selling price is determined by market demand, pricing strategy, and presentation. We provide the same professional photography and MLS exposure as traditional brokerages to ensure your home fetches top dollar.
Can I still offer buyer agent compensation?
Yes, and we typically recommend it. Buyer agent compensation is separate from our 2% listing fee and is completely negotiable. Offering a competitive rate to buyer agents ensures your home is shown to as many qualified buyers as possible.
